Extra Effort designed and installed all new LED interior and exterior lighting at this industrial facility, and added hundreds of occupancy sensors. The facility is saving over 800,000 kWh annually, and maintenance on their new LED lighting is almost nonexistent. The results were obtained with a mixture of retrofits kits, new fixtures, and line-voltage TLED lamps. By properly placing fixtures in key locations, we were able to eliminate many fixtures, yet light levels rose consistently across all areas due to solid design work.
